Deaf Advocates of Central Texas (DACTx), operating under Deaf Advocates of America, is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing equity, access, and opportunity for the Deaf community. We provide comprehensive, ASL-centered services through an integrated, community-based model that addresses workforce development, mental health, housing stability, food access, and advocacy. Operating across Central Texas and expanding statewide and nationally, we serve as both a direct service provider and a systems builder—creating sustainable pathways that empower Deaf individuals to thrive.
